Frank Dudley

I was a guitar student at the BSM at that time and was a member of the choir. I remember enjoying the piece very much. I remember one rehearsal when the tenor soloist could not attend. Andrew Downes sang the tenor himself and he sounded wonderful.

Andrew nearly had to sing in the performance. John Mitchinson had been in bed all week with flu and just about recovered for the concert!
